1) Saw that a couple of nights ago and laughed. Especially common in field hospital scenes where I guess acquiring cancer is the least of their worries.

2) Very common when I started flying. The logic was that it relaxed nervous flyers.

3) Most restaurants still allow smoking where I live on "Devil's Island". The better ones have non-smoking areas.
