You can see some interesting "old" stuff in classic films

I see at least 4 things that aren't used anymore or are not likely used with as much frequency in this photo. Most of this stuff was used in movies quite a bit...

Paging system/Intercom
Rotary telephone
Pad and pencil for short hand dictation
