Yeah. It is still dangerous even without a car especially with people texting and driving at the same time and I came close to being hit by somebody doing that when I was out walking my Malshis a few months ago but I just feel safer being off the road and never had the urge to learn how to drive. I have a bicycle I ride sometimes but I mostly go places by foot and it is good exercise too.
