Recently found this place as well. I think it is a bit different from the original soapbox. This board is more diverse and has people of different kinds as compared to soapbox. People on this board talk about greater range of things than people of soapbox did. Less talk of sex here 
. Also, unlike soapbox, posters here are not a part of community. One would post here and move to post on another board. This board isn't that special for posters here as original soapbox was for soapboxers.
