I think we'll know very quickly if it's going to be a disaster. Raiders have traditionally been pretty quick with the head coach firings. That contract is HUGE though. The only way it happens is if Mark Davis thinks that it would hurt the Las Vegas move.
Not negotiating with Khalil Mack isn't a great start . . .
