The Worst Casting I Ever Saw

I'll submit in The Hateful Eight. I understand that the character was supposed to be slick but he simply didn't have the charisma or character (both physically and in his demeanor) to sell it. He seemed so out of place with the rest that it did have an impact.

Even if the whole movie was bad, Tom Cruise felt like a serious miscast in The Mummy.
