Holland's contract is for 6 spiderman films, including 3 solo. He has used one for CACW and the two likely for the Infinity War films. Another one will be for the Homecoming sequel. It is unlikely that Sony will use Holland for a third Spiderman film if it is not set in the MCU, esp if the two previous ones are well received.
