Singer has not been found guilty yet..chances are he is. but in a way it shows the real brilliance of DOFP as he was first accused when DOFP was about to be released.
Singer could have been busted in 2014 around DOFP but DOFP was such a darm great movie that not only did it destroy winter solider but it made people forget the accusation for the director.
