What wasn't resolved on shows you loved that ended

Did Rembrant die when he slid to Earth Prime, and did the virus kill the Kromaggs? What happened to the others...Did they find a way to slide to Earth Prime Later On?

Did Eli fix the stasis pod in time? Did the Destiny make it to the next Galaxy in the time they estimated, or did it take much much longer? Did they ever complete the Destiny's mission? Did the crew every find a way to make it back to Earth?
