A lot of them are insects Some of them are massive... Fit a pair of blue whales in a suitably sized tank on yer ark there Noah. All animals alive today have to have been on the ark, a boat the size of just one and a half football pitches... That's 8.7 million animals of all sizes, X2. Plus enough food for all of them for a year and ten days. The blue whales alone will eat 80 million krill a day. That's a store of 3 trillion krill just to feed they two. Creatures that live in water wouldn't necessarily need to be rescued from a deluge. Giant terrestrial dinosaurs, on the other hand, ... Imagine a couple of argentinosaurs onboard with some Supersauri and T. rex's.
