Yes. You can especially if they are abusive 'cause only cruel, heartless, sadistic and psychotic people abuse animals and we have talked before about how some serial killers start out abusing and killing animals before they do it to humans and I can understand people hitting dogs and cats if they are savage and attacking them 'cause they are just protecting themselves but people who go out of their way to harm innocent animals should be locked away. Here is a new update for this thread featuring Maggie with more animals.
