Pros: It managed to make he superhero genre extremely popular again after the disappointing superhero movies from 2006-2007. The world building has resulted in making Infinity War a movie which would've been seen as impossible ten years ago.
Cons: They have got to start giving each character their own definitive theme song. As really the only theme songs that sticks throughout the MCU are Thor, The Avengers and GOTG.
