English - The Wizard of Oz (10/10)
Non-English - The Rules of the Game (La règle du jeu) (9/10)
English movies were better this year imo.
The Wizard of Oz cannot be made again. It is immortal. It's greatness is unmatched. As big a fan I am of Jimmy Stewart, I can see another great movie like Mr.Smith being made again but I cannot see The Wizard of Oz or any thing similar to it made again in any language. Never ever.
