FIRST TIME I NOTICED THIS PERFORMER WAS IN THE MOVIE....

I first time I saw Joan Blondell was in "Grease" (1978)... But didn't "care"...



The next film is saw Joan Blondell in, was "Gold Diggers Of 1933" (1933). I wanted to see that one was because Ginger Rogers was in it... But this time Joan Blondell caught my eye, and I became a fan!

Ginger Rogers & Joan Blondell also starred together in "Broadway Bad" (1933)... but I haven't seen that one yet (Not On DVD)...



Not Long Ago, I purchased a Four Movie/Four Disc DVD Set called "Busby Berkely Musicals"... It was the best of both worlds...

"42nd Street" (1933) with Ginger Rogers
"Footlight Parade" (1933) with Joan Blondell
"Dames" (1934) with Joan Blondell
"Gold Diggers Of 1937" (1936) with Joan Blondell

I can't say I really enjoyed those "Busby Berkely Musicals" movies, but I really didn't buy them for the stories... LOL!


Joan Blondell also starred on the "Twilight Zone" episode: "What's in the Box" (1964)
