Definitely. The only reason he got off, is because of the american jury system, where anyone can be a jury member, even how stupid or uneducated they are.
I don't think you understand why we have juries.
Why do you think they bring in random people instead of having trained legal professionals act as jurors?
Those trained don't act like jurors, they understand the evidence presented. The jury in the trial didn't. |
