Arlon10 , if you knew someone was going to cut your throat, would you rather be conscious or unconscious? How about an amputation with no anesthesia? Starting to empathize yet? I had the impression the neck was broken soon enough in the process to avoid prolonged discomfort. Just cutting the "throat" could be unnecessarily agonizing and gruesome for all present I suppose. |
