Also no Peter didn't steal anything you idiot, at worst he wasted school funds, but as pointed out and as I can also attest to anytime schools do these trips they require the parents or guardians to pay for it as well as sign off on them, so unless it's stated in the film the trip was free then you are making shit up again, also he didn't intend to blow of the decathlon, that's why he went after the bad guys the night before the event, but he got locked in the warehouse and couldn't make it back in time, also he literally jumps on the school bus and rooms with his bff, how much did he cost them by not turning up for the event? and the fact Flash is his alternate means someone not competing is something planned for, does that mean every time someone gets sick during a school trip like that they too stole from their school? you fucking muppet.

And jesus Christ dickhead stop with this bullshit narrative of why Spidey does what he does, no he isn't doing it to impress Tony, he does it because he wants to help people, but he feels he can do more if he were and Avenger so he tries to prove himself because A: he wants to do more and B: he feels like stopping petty crooks and helping little old ladies is underutilising his skills, if his goal was to simply impress Tony like a pathetic fanboy he wouldn't disobey Tony and keep getting involved in the Vulture stuff, the fact he wants to do more with his powers is a nod to Uncle Ben, Peter has great power which means he feels he has a great responsibility to use them for good, the best way to do that is as an Avenger in his mind, hence why he's trying to prove he can handle that stuff.
