The prosecutor claimed the killer had gloves on OVER latex ones. When Simpson tried them both on, they didnt fit. In that photo where he is holding a mic, he aint wearing both. 
P.S. If I wanted to frame someone for murder, I'd put on latex gloves and wear the gloves everyone knew was theirs. Since both didnt' fit on OJ that fits the possibility that a person with smaller hands (like a South American?) was wearing them. All this is irrelevant because in a court of law all the defense has to do is raise the level of doubt, and there's enough doubt in this case to be raised.
