Who should direct Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3?

The industry is very cutthroat and living in California especially Los Angeles is very expensive millions are all job hunting for whatever role they can serve on a production. I'm not only talking about the actors and producers here but the designers, graphic artists, sound mixers, painters, costume designers, lighting technicians, etc.
