    No, the Republicans are not going to overturn Kitzmiller v. Dover, but this is no surprise to me. The case has not been on television for many years and most of them don't know it's an issue. The few that do are not really religious (surprise!) or scientific enough, and do not want to overturn the case.

    That means we'll just have to wait till they realize their mistake. That might be as soon as November, but they are really very slow to learn anything. It could take longer.
