Nah, I believe that was Scabab. And he was rewarded by becoming the first mod.

It actually was Weiblers that first posted a thread calling for mods to "clean this place out".

Then of course he was appointed one, deleted, rejoined, ranted against the mods he asked for and then deleted again and started posting theories on another site that our mods are DC Fan socks...
