Even if you believe in Satan as more worthy of respect or worship it is in one way giving recognition to Abrahamic religions. I guess many people who call themselves Satanists are not really serious but still it is much better to not give any sort of recognition to 'demons' and 'satans' because such entities do no exist. That was my point. Baphomet did not commit war crimes or support slavery, because he's fictional. Therefore, erecting a statue for him doesn't make less sense than building a statue for Darth Vader or Lord Voldemort; although both were villains in their Universe.
