I didn't think Spider-Man: Homecoming or Black Panther were that good. Watchmen was just okay and I thought the Kick-Ass comic was better than the film. I haven't seen Kingsman or Scott Pilgrim. The rest on the list are good.
If that's the case I'd also like to add Unbreakable.

And it wasn't really specified they had to be comics first, so Incredibles is a big oversight.
