In any case, this a brilliant tactical and long-term strategic move by Disney. This may finally win them something for MCU. The Academy bends like a bitch under Disney's market influence and combined fanboy & ethnical pressure.

Disney can afford to shoot themselves in the foot with whatever Gunn, they are a centipede.
