After the loss at home to Spurs on Monday, the beleaguered coach is now 1/1 to go first, with his nearest competitor way out at 9/2 (Mark Hughes) He started the season at 5/1 but even lost a point after the win over Leicester to fall to 4/1. Three days later he inexplicably went out to 6/1 before the game with Brighton. Following defeat there he narrowed again to 4/1. He was then installed as 3/1 favourite two days before the Spurs game. He is subsequently now 1/1, not even odds against. If you're going to back him do it now before he becomes odds on.
Mourinho has also managed to singlehandedly disrupt the 'No Manager To Leave' odds as well. Of course, these are very stingy odds against something that is 99.9% sure to happen but Jose has at least made the odds less stingy. Unchanged at 150/1 since the first day of the season, that price has now gone out to 250/1.
