What a stupid idea.
Let’s assume a team this season goes 0-16, and then get the #1 draft pick in 2019. They draft a QB that’s as good as Brady, Montana, Young, Starr, Namath.
Why would you agree to a system whereby this guy cannot play every single down of the season ? Why restrict your chances of winning any game at all ?
