1. Steel (really tough call but Steel is just awful

3. Jonah Hex by a mile (horrible movie)
4. The Green Hornet (Fantastic 4 94 is not bad and Green Hornet actually had a budget and still made trash)
5. Howard the Duck (total disaster) (The Shadow is not good but anything is better than Howard)
