Hope is insufferable and she is being completely ridiculous. I am glad that Doug seems to be the only one talking sense in this scenario! Rafe is equally at fault for sleeping with Sami, yet Hope only blames Sami. Frankly, Sami has just as much right to be pissed at her Aunt Hope for getting into a relationship with HER ex husband!
What happened between Sami and Rafe is totally normal - both were distraught and single at the time (Rafe and Hope had broken up). Yes the timing was fast but Hope is just being an annoying old bat. God I have never hated a soap character more than I hate her. Of all the characters they kill off and write out of this show, I wish she would be one of them.
