Well as a general rule for me... I got to at least mildly like a movie (i.e. 6/10 minimum) in order to re-watch it in the first place for it to even have a chance to grow on me. but with that said, here are a handful of movies I can list off the top of my head that grew stronger on re-watches for me...
-No Country for Old Men (2007) (was probably around a 6-7/10 on initial viewing but grew stronger on a re-watch and is currently a 9/10 for me. Feb 7th 2016 is my most recent re-watch.)
-The Departed (2006) (this sorta went from about a 6-7/10 to a 10/10 for a while but on my most recent viewing it dropped back to a 7/10. Oct 9th 2016 is my most recent re-watch.)
-Lord of War (2005) (within my Top 9 movies but back around my first viewing or so it was around a 7-8/10. it's been a 10/10 for many years now (probably something like 9-10 years or so now). my most recent re-watch of this is Oct 20th 2015.)
I am sure there is some others but those come to mind in terms of a strong boost (although The Departed fell back off but anything I give a 7 or higher is still among my favorite movies which is 187 movies currently).
p.s. for the record... only nine movies have a 10/10 score for me and only nineteen movies have a 9/10 score for me. so as you can see those scores are fairly rare to achieve.
