Yours: Ferris Bueller's Day Off - 8/10
Mine:
First Time Viewings:
Don't Breathe (2016) - Netflix Already did a review on the horror board, so you can see my full thoughts there. In short, I liked it, but just felt a bit too unrealistic at points. 7/10
Fargo (1996) - Blu-ray Funny and thrilling, with great performances. Nuff said. 8/10
John Wick (2014) - Netflix Pretty good action film. The first act is amazing, but the rest kind of falls short slightly fter that. Reeves did a good job as the titular role. 7/10
Repeat Viewings:
X-Men (2000) - Blu-ray Had myself an X-Men trilogy marathon. First is still solid after all these years. 8/10
X2: X-Men United (2003) - DVD Better than X1, with twice more action and even more character development. 8/10
X-Men: The Last Stand (2006) - Blu-ray It's flawed for sure, but definitely not the awful film everyone makes it out to be, IMO. 7/10
E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982) - DVD Classic 80's Spielberg. Not mcu helse can be said. Elliot did get annoying in the climax, but it's forgivable. 8/10
Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) - Netflix A fun enough entry in the MCU series for its time. Not nearly as good as its sequels, however. Doesn't have that much replay value like those other two. 7/10
Avengers: Infinity War (2018) - Blu-ray Had to pick this one up. Looks stunning too. 8.5/10
Pet Sematary (1989) - DVD Rewatched this with my mom, who hadn't seen it. 8/10
