In all seriousness anybody who tortures an animal is a piece of shit and deserves to be punished. We all know its a well known fact that people who do things like that often grow up to be some sort of psycho and/or killer. They're no loss to society. It shows a total lack of empathy. When I was a kid I didn't do shit like that, and I didn't hang out with anyone that did shit like that. I don't get it.
Somebody should to do to him what he did to that cat and see if he likes it. I'll volunteer.
