I think Shia LeBeouf killed his career with his mouth/antics. He said Crystal Skull was disappointing and he was miscast as Indiana Jones son and even said Harrison Ford told him he was a "fucking idiot" for badmouthing it.
He must have been under contract to complete the Transformer films but they dropped him after that.
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen killed the careers of Sean Connery and Stephen Norrington. It's too bad--I liked Blade better than Blade 2 and despite some misgivings I didn't mind League either.
