1. go to Harvard film school. submit the script of black panther, first class and batman begins. black panther will get the lowest score.
2. go to Lucas light , sound and magic. submit the technical categories of black panther, first class and batman begins, black panther will get the lowest score for CGI and Cinematography.
3. go to a prestigious drama school. show acting coaches the performances of Michael B Jordan, Michael Fassbinder and Liam Nesson. Michael b Jordan will get the lowest score for acting so one dimensional and easily falling into stereotypes...ie angry black man.
its all opinions but truthful collective opinions based on real and honest analysis of what we expect from good film making wins.
There is no such thing as Truth in art. There is only what you believe. Trust me 2 years getting my Art Minor, I had to sit a critique 100's of paintings and sculptures. The first thing they teach you is just that no one's opinion matters other than your own or the person buying the art. Master Painters opinions, Art Critics, etc mean nothing. I've won a few Art Shows in High School and College. Me winning first place vs the 100's of other participants didn't make my drawings or paintings any better than theirs.
edit: Even the purchaser of the Art doesn't really matter to the rest of the public. (only to him) If your opinion of a painting is strong enough to buy it that's the only reason why theirs opinion matters that they liked enough to buy it.
