LOL..So the dated xmen 1 movie was still talked about in the 2010s highly by comic fans and Nolan himself not for the CGI but for the compelling drama movie it was. as Nolan said, it was daring to open a comic film in Nazi camps. to call that dated and think opening movies with explosions and jokes today is timely is laughable. 

I think you mcu fans get triggered when we true Nolan and DC fans who are also xmen fans tell you marvel has good quality movies , they are not just from the mcu disney. Also X-Men 1, did not have god awful cgi. if it was, that would have been a major criticism back in 2000 but it was not, to the contrary the cgi was praised because Singer went for the practical than the cartoonish cgi look like we see in age of ultron or GOTG. reason many of the fight scenes were gritty, brash and more realistic. here is the proof.






want more proof. this classic scene of when we see Mystique for the first-time in her true form. still hold ups.



you want to  name an xmen movie with bad cgi? xmen origins and that was fairly criticised by fans and critics.

saying xmen 1 had bad cgi is just once again the mcu narrative talk. lie and attack.. that must be triggering. what is with with you mcu fans. first you like about being xmen fans, then you lie you are Nolan fans. don't you see the contradiction and how easy you get BUSTEDDDDD? it is about the content because the real fans know the in and out of the movies. You don't. 

so um, what movie birthed serious compelling comic movies? lol. mcu fans cant answer the simple question.
simple for comic  marvel/DCfans and Nolan fans =x-men 1.
