Lived there many years. Love the state. The Coens shoot there a bit – No Country and True Grit contain scenes filmed in New Mexico. The motel where a key character meets his end was on Rt 66 in Albuquerque. A few shots in Two-Lane Blacktop. Nice. I have 'Two-Lane Blacktop' on dvd. I do like it. Two-Lane Blacktop is a very polarizing film. I like it though – 7.5/10. The same motel in No Country that I mentioned is used in The Valley of Elah. It burned down last year.
