Who is praising marvel apart from MCU fans and Disney kids? MCU - 84% average on RT X-Men - 74% average on RT DCEU - 48% average on RT Highest MCU: Black Panther (97%) Lowest MCU: Thor: The Dark World (66%) Highest X-Men: Logan (93%) Lowest X-Men: X-Men Origins: Wolverine (38%) Highest DCEU: Wonder Woman (92%) Lowest DCEU: Suicide Squad (26%) I've said it a 100 times critics/other peoples opinion doesn't matter as proof a movie is good. Same thing with box office numbers. Now a huge box office number can say if a movie is popular, but not the quality. In this situation we aren't talking about quality, but if movies are being praised. So it's absolutely fine to use critics scores/reviews /crowd scores cinemascore to gauge the amount of praise is out there. summers8 will say that these aren't its true scores because Critics are biased for MCU. They were either bribed, browbeaten, or lulled by previous entries in the MCU. The only problem is, that the only thing a critic has going for him is his reputation. If he loses his credibility then no one will ever trust his opinion again. So if those bribes aren't enough to take him to retirement he's screwed. I also have never understood why Disney isn't pushing/bribing/intimidating/cheating with the rest of their individual studios to get higher ratings. I mean these were critical and or financial failures by Disney: John Carter, Lone Ranger, Flubber, G-Force, George of the Jungle, A Wrinkle in Time, the Good Dinosaur, A Christmas Carol, Planes1 and 2, Cars 2, and Mars need moms. Where was Disney's magical skills to get these praised? Summer8 will most likely see that list as proof that Disney only produces children movies. Even though some subsidiaries of Disney has produced/distributed hard r mpaa rated movies in the past. Anytime I've asked for any type of Demographic Proof from the people calling the movies Kiddy I've never received it.
