It's hard to pick favorites. It depends on what genre I'm in the mood for at a given time. So I'm just going to list animes I think are worth checking out.
Of the big three, Bleach is my favorite. Dragonball Z is a nostalgic favorite although I'd rather watch the abridged version. And I've met few people that don't like Cowboy Bebop. Moving on from there...
