Okay, sure, he goes evil if he gets a little too happy (definitely has that unattainable factor), but oh-so-beautiful and an ass-kicking, socially-awkward, big sweetheart.
And have you seen David Boreanaz's bathtub photos? Guh. 47 and still nice on the eyes, too. Yeah, this one came to no one's surprise! I've been crushing for 13 years.

The "skinny streak of nothing". David Tennant is gorgeous, but he's even more so in a skinny pinstripe suit with cockatoo hair. And there's no character more unattainable than the Doctor (geesh, this is a trend in my 'shipping history).
I think I seem to have a type between these two tragic, lonely immortals.
