Moonraker, though seeing it recently it's rather funny, though not Bondish
Quantum of Solice, starts good but becomes uninteresting as it goes.
Diamonds Are Forever, a rather tiresome plot with a few good action scenes
Any of the Pierce Prosnan movies except GoldenEye, because they don't have a charismatic villain.
Licence to Kill, Bond isn't Bond when he have to settle a personal score.
and then There is offcourse Casino Royale 1967
