Do you use it in your cooking? If so, on what dishes and how much do you use? There seems to be a lot of conflicting opinions on the internet on what the ideal ratio of MSG to salt should be.
I recently bought 1lb of Aji-No-Moto MSG and have been experimenting it on a few differen foods. It seems to work quite well with mashed potatoes.
I have yet to use it in a big way though, mainly just sprinkling it on post cook. I wonder how well it will go with a pan seared steak, which is my speciality and favorite things to cook. I' going to make myself a burger today so I will try put some into the patty mix and see how it goes.
