Yeah, it's only recently that geek and nerd culture started being considered "cool". I was born in the 80's and even then having a big comicbook collection was not likely to impress any girls (or most guys for that matter).

Majority of nerds and geeks I know have suffered from one form of inferiority complex or another. Summers8 is leaking with inferiority complex.

hahaha, no wonder star wars fans are so pissed aT disney. disney thought mcu star wars will make star wars look COOL. and what of star trek. that is a cool franchise as it as made many real contribution to society and even NASA
