I've circled this stuff for almost 6 decades.

Got married. Had to cut back some to spend time with the hubby. Had a kid. That ate a BUNCH of my time in the 90s. Became a widow/single mom in 2001. Still found some time for this stuff, though got to pay the bills, right?

Man the Star Wars and Star Trek fan flame war is easily in my top 5 fandom fights.

I once went to a convention where a dude dressed as Captain Kirk got into a fist fight with a dude dressed as Han Solo.

It still comes up.
I remember running into a Trekkie sometime since 2000 who distained Star Wars. Star Trek is Real Science!!!

Yeah, thats why the gals were dressed in as little as possible. The Air Force would send women to fight in next to nothing...
