In other words Superman is vulnerable to magic the same that any one walking down the street is. Its not a particular advantage to have magic when fighting Superman because he can still kick your ass while you're casting spells or waving hammers.
Which means hitting Superman in the face with a magical warhammer should have the same effect as hitting a regular human with a regular warhammer... Which is he gets his face crushed.
Especially if you have Atreus, I mean Hawkeye, stun him first with a kryptonite arrow to freeze him and open him to your attack.
