In other words Superman is vulnerable to magic the same that any one walking down the street is. Its not a particular advantage to have magic when fighting Superman because he can still kick your ass while you're casting spells or waving hammers.
Which means hitting Superman in the face with a magical warhammer should have the same effect as hitting a regular human with a regular warhammer... Which is he gets his face crushed.
Hitting Superman in the face with a magical warhammer will have the effect of hitting Superman in the face with a magical Warhammer. You're conveniently forgetting that Superman is still invulnerable, and both in the comics and the movies he's survived a nuclear explosion. If he can survive a nuclear explosion he can survive a magical Warhammer... because he's still invulnerable.
And lets not forget superspeed either. You still have to hit him.
