or because they figured that snake Hillary Clinton was easily the worse of the two. so Trump was the better candidate by default.
basically after Obama from 2008-2016... people were tired of the BS and wanted real change. so Trump was naturally the better choice as Clinton would have been more of the same but on steroids (i.e. that's bad).
I don't regret voting for Trump at all (in fact, the Nov 2016 election was the first time I voted even though I could have voted since late 1997) as the more the mainstream media dislikes Trump the more good he's getting done for the common person/citizen. when they go silent and start praising you, like they basically did with Obama, is when you got problems.
democrats/mainstream media is against the common person/citizen.
