Disney didn't panic. Copyright does not allow the MCU to use the term "mutant" full stop. Did what they were allowed to do. Like including Quicksilver and Scarlet With...there was no theft at all...if there was where was the lawsuit? And Scarlet Witch is mostly an Avenger. That's why she's not in the X-men movies. Fox used Quicksilver out of spite since they never did anything with him character-wise in 2 movies. In Apocalypse he had an arc where delevoped a fear of his father. |
