He's fine but not very good either. He had that impressive stretch in the playoffs that got him the Super Bowl but that's really it. He has a career Comp % of 61.8 which is meh. He has a 6.4 AY/A career line which is bad. Had he played 30 years ago he'd be looked at differently compared to today where QB's are throwing non stop and getting 30+ TD's and single digit INT's while throwing for 4,000 + YDs or even 5,000 + while completing between 65-70% of passes. I'd say he's maybe a top 25 QB in the NFL today. I'd say in his career he's had 4 good years out of 10. Not counting this year being his 11th. He's the perfect type of QB to lead a team like the Jags that's run heavy but can throw a deep ball. He won't struggle to find work I don't think. Teams could do far worse than him.
