Tristramshandy Arnold Rothsteined us!!!
I'm surprised I got out of this debacle of a pick em week looking that good with an 8-8. Nearly everyone got hosed.
Minnesota @ LA Rams: Rams
Cincinnati @ Atlanta: Atlanta
Tampa Bay @ Chicago: Chicago
Detroit @ Dallas: Detroit
Buffalo @ Green Bay: Green Bay
Houston @ Indianapolis: Indianapolis
NY Jets @ Jacksonville: Jets
Miami @ New England: New England
Philadelphia @ Tennessee: Philadelphia
Seattle @ Arizona: Seattle
Cleveland @ Oakland: Oakland
San Francisco @ LA Chargers: Chargers
New Orleans @ NY Giants: Giants
Baltimore @ Pittsburgh: Pittsburgh
Kansas City @ Denver: KC
I'm starting to agree with the pundits that the Vikings are the most overrated team this season. Not talent wise, but just in their desire. They didn't show up for last years NFC championship game and got embarrassed, and they were caught with their pants down, probably looking past the lousy Bills to the Rams this Thursday. I'm going with the Rams who are probably the only consistently good team in the NFC right now. Being the only undefeated NFC team counts for something!
Atlanta wins the shoot out with the Bengals, although this might be another OT game that hinges on a FG. Chicago can totally beat Tampa at home if the Steelers could go into Tampa's house and win. Detroit finds new life and they cannot afford to lose against Dallas. The Cowboys have looked awful on both sides of the ball.
Green Bay hosts the Bills and I don't think they will make the same mistake Minnesota did. The Texans are awful, so Andrew Luck should be able to hang some points on them. If the Titans could hold the Jags to 6 points then the Jets might be able to. Wishful thinking. New England gets their act together and wins one of the biggest division games of the week. Philadelphia gets by Tennessee.
Arizona is a mess. Seattle took care of Dallas rather easily so they should be able to go into the Cardinals house and handle them. Oakland FINALLY gets their first win against the Browns in the Black Hole. Niners are totally fucked without Jimmy G. Chargers gotta be licking their chops. I'm taking the Giants as usual, in a potential 80 pointer score fest that makes the offense happy viewers cream in their pants.
Total bloodbath in Pittsburgh when the Ravens come in. These games are usually mean and nasty, and I look to the Steelers to get back on track now that they have some momentum with the victory over Tampa. Chiefs are red hot! Denver is so-so. If any team can go into Mile High and win, it's them.
