You should do a "no edits" type of rule where, if your post is showing as having been edited after the start of a game, your picks won't count, thus forcing the participants to create separate posts if they want to change a pick for, say, the Monday night game. Just so as to avoid an Aye Lewis type situation where someone picks the Jets but halfway through the game, changes their pick to the other team and the other team wins. Even if you 'like' their post, they could annoyingly and unrelentingly insist that they picked the other team despite your claims to have logged their Jets pick. Even when using the honor system, all it takes is one doofus to ruin it for everyone and looks like you have a doofus or two among the crowd. Ugh, remember that Aye Lewis character? He fucking ruined the pick em league that year. I think it goes without saying that if someone edits their post after the games have started, I certainly won't listen to any protestations they may have later. Edits are suspicious but it has happened that people have edited their post just a minute or two after originally posting, usually to correct a typo or something. AyeLewis was a jerk but I don't think the same could happen here; he got the threads deleted by reporting them. The most anyone could do here is whine which would serve little purpose.
