They don't list all the herbs and spices they put in it (I guess it's their trade secret!), but I detect some peppers and chili in it, as well as other things. The stuff is damn good on steaks and burgers, and is also excellent as a seasoning for pot roasts. tasty! i will try it. this looked good too: www.vgourmet.com/new-orleans Looks good. They also have jars of dried shallots and roasted garlic - those are great in pot roasts, too.
